If we encounter issues with delivery orders—such as missing items, incorrect items, or if desserts/drinks have been damaged—or if an in-store customer realizes they are missing items after leaving, we have a solution:
Immediate Action

Reach out to your manager or Dennis as soon as the issue is identified. It’s important to address these situations right away to keep our customers happy.

Resend order

We can resend the correct items through our drivers using our mobile app.

Customer Information Needed: To process the replacement order, we need the following from the customer:
• Name
• Phone number
• Full address

Contact Dennis and he will guide you through how to resend the order.

Extra Touch

Consider offering something extra on the house to make up for the inconvenience and show our commitment to customer satisfaction.
